Safety first: Unplug the spa before moving or inspecting the pump/heater unit.

Check for obstructions: Ensure the blower air intake vents on the pump/heater housing are not blocked by leaves, snow, or objects.
Relocate unit: Make sure the unit is on a stable, level surface to reduce vibration noise.
Test duration: Run the blower for a short period. If the noise is extreme or worsening, stop use to prevent further damage.
Service blower: The blower is typically sealed; bearing replacement is not user-serviceable. Replace the pump/heater unit if noise is unacceptable.

Warning: Do not operate the blower if it emits burning smells or smoke.

Very loud roaring or high-pitched noise when bubbles are turned on.
