How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before unplugging or plugging any control cables.
- Inspect topside cable: In the equipment bay, locate the ribbon or cable from the topside panel to the control pack. Ensure it is fully seated and not corroded.
- Check for moisture: Look at the topside panel on the spa shell for condensation or water under the overlay. If present, the panel may be shorting.
- Test with replacement panel (if available): If you have access to a known-good Saratoga-compatible topside, plug it in to see if the display returns.
- Verify low-voltage output: A technician can measure the low-voltage supply from the control pack to confirm the board is powering the panel.
Depending on test results, replace the topside control panel or the control pack.
