Display shows LOC or PANEL LOCK, buttons do not respond or only limited functions work.

Note: LOC is usually not a fault but a user setting.

• Unlock panel: Refer to your Saratoga Spas user manual. Commonly, press and hold specific buttons (e.g., TEMP UP and TEMP DOWN together for 3–5 seconds) to toggle the lock.
• Power cycle: Turn the breaker OFF for 30 seconds and back ON to reset the panel. This will not clear a lock setting on some models.
• Check for stuck keys: Inspect the topside control for moisture under the overlay or physically stuck buttons. Gently press each button to ensure it returns freely.

If the panel remains locked or unresponsive, the topside control panel may need replacement.
