Spa cabinet or shell vibrates excessively when pumps are on high speed.

Safety: Turn off power before adjusting pump mounts.

• Tighten mounts: Check that all pump mounting bolts are snug and that rubber feet are not cracked or missing.
• Support plumbing: Ensure PVC plumbing is properly supported and not putting stress on the pump unions.
• Bleed air: Remove air from the pump by loosening unions briefly.

If vibration continues, the pump impeller may be damaged or the motor shaft bent, requiring pump replacement.
