Possible Causes
Burned-out LED or incandescent spa light, Failed low-voltage transformer or LED driver on control pack, Loose light harness connection, Water intrusion into light niche
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before working on the light or control pack.
- Check light settings: Ensure the light is not simply in an off or dimmed mode via the control panel.
- Inspect light harness: In the equipment bay, locate the light connector on the control pack and ensure it is firmly seated.
- Replace bulb/module: For older Saratoga Spas with incandescent bulbs, remove the light housing from inside the spa and replace the bulb. For LED modules, replace the entire light assembly with a compatible unit.
If a new light does not work, the low-voltage light driver on the control pack may have failed and require board repair or replacement.
