Worn internal air valve components, Scale or debris buildup, Broken stem or handle, Disconnected air line
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off pumps before removing any air control components.
- 1. Test function: With jets running, turn the air control knobs fully open and closed to see if there is any change in air flow.
- 2. Remove knob and cap: Unscrew or pull off the knob and cap to access the internal valve.
- 3. Inspect and clean: Remove debris and scale from the valve body. Check for broken parts.
- 4. Replace valve: If the internal mechanism is damaged, replace the air control valve with a Sundance-compatible part.
- When to call a technician: If the air line has come loose below the shell, access may require cabinet and insulation removal.
