1. Confirm no flow: With the spa running, look for movement at the small circulation return in the spa. If there is no movement, proceed.
2. Bleed air: Loosen the union on the circulation pump until water flows steadily, then retighten to remove air locks.
3. Clean filter: Remove and clean or replace the Sundance filter to ensure the pump is not starved for water.
4. Feel the pump: With power ON, carefully touch the pump housing. If it is hot and vibrating but not moving water, the impeller may be jammed or the pump failing.
When to call a technician: Circulation pump replacement involves plumbing and electrical connections and is best handled by a spa professional.

Circulation pump is not running; water at heater return is still and spa may show intermittent flow-related codes.
