Spa lights do not turn on or only some LEDs work; other functions are normal.

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before accessing any lighting components.

• 1. Check control settings: Ensure the light function is turned on at the topside panel and that brightness is not set to minimum.
• 2. Inspect harness connections: In the equipment bay, locate the low-voltage lighting harness and ensure all connectors are firmly seated.
• 3. Identify failed zones: Note which lights are out (all vs. specific zones). This helps determine if the issue is with the driver or individual LEDs.
• 4. Replace LED assemblies: If only certain lights are out, those LED modules may need replacement with Sundance-compatible parts.
• When to call a technician: If no lights work and the driver has power, the LED controller/driver may need replacement by a professional.
