Spa water has very weak jet pressure; bubbles may be present but massage is poor.

• 1. Verify pump speed: Ensure the main jet pump is on high speed if your Sundance model has 2-speed pumps.
• 2. Open air controls: Turn the air control knobs on the spa rim fully open to allow air to mix with water for stronger jets.
• 3. Adjust diverter valves: Set diverter valves to direct flow to the seats you are using. Mid-position often splits flow and reduces pressure.
• 4. Clean filter: Remove and clean or replace the filter to restore full flow.
• 5. Inspect jets: Remove individual jet inserts and check for debris or scale buildup. Clean or replace worn jets.
• When to call a technician: If pressure remains low with a clean filter and open valves, the pump impeller may be damaged or partially blocked and should be inspected by a professional.
