Buttons on topside panel are unresponsive or activate wrong functions

Safety first: Turn off power before removing the panel.

• Clean surface: Wipe the panel with a soft, dry cloth to remove moisture and residue.
• Inspect connector: Disconnect the ribbon cable at the control pack, inspect for corrosion, clean gently, and reconnect.
• Test again: Restore power and test each button. If misbehavior continues, the keypad is likely defective.
• Replace keypad: Install a new Sunrise Spas topside control panel.
