Display shows COL and heating is disabled, spa runs pumps

Safety first: Ensure the spa is filled and all plumbing is intact before running in freezing conditions.

• Verify water level: Confirm the spa is properly filled so circulation can protect all plumbing.
• Allow spa to warm: COL is usually informational. The system will run pumps to prevent freezing and will enable heating once sensors detect safe conditions.
• Check cover and insulation: Make sure the Sunrise Spas cover is in good condition and properly latched to retain heat.
• If COL persists in mild weather: The freeze/ambient sensor may be faulty. Have a technician test and replace the sensor if needed.
