Display shows LOC or keypad unresponsive except for a few buttons

Safety first: This is usually not an electrical hazard, but avoid using sharp tools on the keypad.

• Unlock keypad: On many Sunrise Spas topside panels, press and hold the designated lock/unlock button combination (often Temp Up + Temp Down or a dedicated lock icon) for 3–5 seconds to clear LOC.
• Dry keypad: If the panel is wet or has condensation, gently dry the surface and allow time for moisture to evaporate.
• Power cycle: Turn off the GFCI for 30 seconds and restore power. If LOC remains and buttons are unresponsive, the panel may be failing.
• Replace topside: If certain buttons are stuck or non-functional, replace the Sunrise Spas topside control panel with the correct model.
