Display shows F6 and secondary pump or blower does not operate when commanded.

• Inspect the accessory:
  • Locate the corresponding pump or blower in the equipment bay.
  • Check for water intrusion, rust on the motor housing, or burnt smell.
  • Ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into the correct output on the control pack.
• Check for short or seizure:
  • With power OFF, try to spin the pump shaft or blower fan by hand.
  • If it is locked or grinding, the motor is likely failed and should be replaced.
• Inspect control board output:
  • Open the control box and locate the relay for the affected output.
  • Look for burn marks or melted solder around the relay.
• Corrective actions:
  • Replace the faulty pump or blower with a USSPA-approved replacement of the same voltage and amperage.
  • If the motor is good but F6 persists, replace the main control board or have the specific relay professionally repaired.
• Test operation:
  • Restore power and activate the accessory from the topside.
  • Verify that F6 clears and that the accessory runs without tripping the breaker.
