• Verify freeze conditions:
  • Check outdoor and water temperatures.
• Allow system to protect itself:
  • ICE mode will run pumps automatically; this is normal in very cold weather.
• Check sensor if ICE appears in mild weather:
  • Inspect and test the temperature sensor for incorrect low readings.
  • Replace sensor if faulty.
• Insulate equipment bay:
  • Ensure the equipment compartment is properly insulated and access panels are in place.
