Possible Causes
Very low water level in Villeroy & Boch shell, Blocked suction fittings, Air lock after draining/refilling, Faulty flow sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the breaker.
- Verify water level: Fill the spa to the recommended level, ensuring all suction fittings are submerged.
- Prime system: Open all jets and diverter valves. Run pumps on low speed after restoring power to help purge air.
- Bleed heater and pump: With power off, loosen unions at the circulation pump and heater to release trapped air.
- Inspect flow sensor: Locate the flow sensor on the Villeroy & Boch heater manifold and check for secure wiring and no visible damage.
If dY persists with proper water level and flow, the flow sensor may need replacement.
