ICE or freeze warning on display, pumps may run automatically

Safety: This is a protective feature to prevent freeze damage.

• Keep power on: Do not shut off power during freezing conditions; the Villeroy & Boch control system will run pumps and heater as needed.
• Ensure cover is in place: Keep the spa cover closed to retain heat.
• Check water level: Maintain proper water level to ensure circulation.

If ICE persists in non-freezing conditions, the temperature sensor may be faulty and should be checked.
