How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the breaker.
- Inspect pump 2: Locate the secondary pump in the equipment bay and check for leaks, corrosion, or burnt smell.
- Check unions and plumbing: Ensure unions are tight and there are no kinks in hoses feeding pump 2.
- Test pump rotation: Attempt to rotate the pump shaft by hand (from the rear) to see if it is seized.
- Check wiring: Confirm the pump 2 plug is fully seated in the Villeroy & Boch control pack.
Persistent P2 errors usually require pump or control board relay replacement.
