Jets are weak or no water flow from jets even though pump runs

Safety: Turn off power at the breaker before opening any unions or removing jets.

• Clean filters: Remove and thoroughly clean the Villeroy & Boch filters. Test jet strength with filters removed briefly.
• Open valves: Ensure all diverter and air control valves on the spa rim are fully open.
• Bleed pump: Loosen the union on the suction side of the jet pump to release trapped air, then retighten.
• Clean jets: Remove individual jet inserts (if removable) and rinse out debris. Inspect for calcium buildup and soak in a descaling solution if needed.

If flow remains weak, the pump impeller may be damaged or partially blocked and should be inspected by a technician.
