Villeroy & Boch
Low Jet Pressure / Flow Restriction
Jets are weak or no water flow from jets even though pump runs

Possible Causes
Clogged Villeroy & Boch filter cartridges, Air lock in jet pump, Partially closed diverter valves, Debris in jet nozzles or pump impeller
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the breaker before opening any unions or removing jets.
- Clean filters: Remove and thoroughly clean the Villeroy & Boch filters. Test jet strength with filters removed briefly.
- Open valves: Ensure all diverter and air control valves on the spa rim are fully open.
- Bleed pump: Loosen the union on the suction side of the jet pump to release trapped air, then retighten.
- Clean jets: Remove individual jet inserts (if removable) and rinse out debris. Inspect for calcium buildup and soak in a descaling solution if needed.
If flow remains weak, the pump impeller may be damaged or partially blocked and should be inspected by a technician.
