Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Power circuits to spas are high voltage. If you are not comfortable working with electricity, contact a licensed electrician or spa technician.
- Check breakers: Locate the dedicated spa breaker in your main panel and any external GFCI disconnect. Reset if tripped.
- Inspect GFCI test/reset: If your Villeroy & Boch spa is fed through a GFCI, press RESET and see if power is restored.
- Verify control pack power: With power off, open the equipment bay and check that the main power wires are securely attached to the Villeroy & Boch control pack terminals.
- Check internal fuses: Many Villeroy & Boch control boards have one or more fuses. With power off, inspect and replace any blown fuses with identical ratings.
If fuses blow repeatedly or power cannot be restored, a professional should test the control pack and wiring.
