How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jets if possible.
- Identify leaking jets: Look for moisture trails under specific jets inside the shell.
- Access rear of jets: Remove side panels to reach the back of the leaking jet bodies.
- Tighten retaining nut: Gently tighten the large nut holding the jet body to the Villeroy & Boch shell. Do not overtighten.
- Replace gasket: If tightening does not stop the leak, the jet body may need to be removed and the gasket replaced.
Jet body replacement can be labor-intensive and may require partial draining; many owners choose professional service for this repair.
