Cover is heavy, waterlogged, and difficult to remove

Safety first: Use proper lifting technique to avoid injury; a waterlogged cover can be very heavy.

• 1. Inspect cover:
  • Check for tears, cracks, or broken seams.
• 2. Attempt drying:
  • Remove the cover and allow it to dry in a shaded, ventilated area.
  • Note: Severely waterlogged cores rarely dry completely.
• 3. Replace cover:
  • Order a replacement Wellis-compatible insulated cover.
• 4. Maintain new cover:
  • Use a cover lifter to reduce stress and apply a UV protectant periodically.
