Jet pump runs but no water comes out of jets after refill

Safety first: Turn off power before loosening any unions.

• 1. Verify water level:
  • Ensure spa is filled above all jets and skimmer.
• 2. Open all valves:
  • Confirm slice valves on both sides of the pump are fully open.
• 3. Bleed the pump:
  • Loosen the discharge union on the affected pump until air and water escape.
  • Retighten once a steady stream of water flows.
• 4. Cycle pump:
  • Restore power and turn the pump on and off a few times to help purge air.
• 5. If still no flow: Repeat bleeding at both suction and discharge unions. Persistent issues may indicate a suction blockage that requires professional service.
