How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- 1. Test and balance water:
- Check pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness.
- Adjust to Wellis-recommended ranges.
- 2. Shock the spa:
- Use a non-chlorine shock or chlorine shock per instructions to oxidize organics.
- 3. Use foam reducer (optional):
- Apply a spa-approved defoamer as a temporary measure.
- 4. Rinse swimsuits:
- Rinse bathing suits thoroughly in clean water without detergent before use.
- 5. Drain and refill if severe:
- If foaming persists, drain, clean the shell, and refill with fresh water.
