Possible Causes
Tripped main breaker, GFCI/RCD tripped, Loose connections at spa terminal block, Failed main control board fuse or power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: You are dealing with mains voltage. If unsure, contact a licensed electrician or spa technician.
- 1. Check breakers:
- Verify the spa’s main breaker and any GFCI/RCD are in the ON position.
- Reset if tripped; if it trips again immediately, stop and call a professional.
- 2. Inspect external disconnect:
- Ensure any outdoor disconnect switch is ON.
- 3. Verify power at spa (qualified person):
- With the cabinet open, measure voltage at the spa’s terminal block to confirm supply.
- 4. Check internal fuses:
- With power OFF, open the control pack and inspect any internal fuses.
- Replace only with identical type and rating if blown; investigate cause of failure.
- 5. If power is present but spa remains dead: The main control board’s low-voltage power supply may have failed. Replace the control pack via a Wellis technician.
