How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the topside panel.
- 1. Inspect panel surface:
- Look for cracks, lifted edges, or water under the display window.
- 2. Check cable and connector:
- Access the underside of the topside panel and trace the cable to the control pack.
- Unplug and replug the connector at the control board.
- 3. Dry panel:
- If moisture is present, gently dry the area and allow time for evaporation.
- 4. Replace panel if needed:
- If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the topside control panel with a Wellis‑compatible unit.
