How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the topside panel.

  • 1. Inspect panel surface:
    • Look for cracks, lifted edges, or water under the display window.
  • 2. Check cable and connector:
    • Access the underside of the topside panel and trace the cable to the control pack.
    • Unplug and replug the connector at the control board.
  • 3. Dry panel:
    • If moisture is present, gently dry the area and allow time for evaporation.
  • 4. Replace panel if needed:
    • If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the topside control panel with a Wellis‑compatible unit.
