Safety: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.

Check for child lock: Ensure no control lock function is active (see LC entry).
Inspect control panel: Remove the top/front cover and look for signs of moisture or corrosion on the control panel PCB.
Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the control panel and main PCB.
Dry panel: If there are signs of moisture, allow the panel to dry completely. Do not use heat guns directly on electronics.
Replace keypad/board: If specific buttons remain nonfunctional, replace the control panel PCB or membrane keypad assembly.
