Dehumidifier displays LC and buttons do not respond

Safety: No internal work is needed for this condition.

• Disable child lock: Press and hold the designated key combination (often Mode + Down or a key with a lock icon) for 3–5 seconds until LC disappears. Refer to the user manual for your specific AEG model.
• Check for stuck buttons: If LC will not clear, inspect the control panel for stuck or damaged buttons. Clean around the keys with a soft cloth.
• Keypad replacement: If the lock cannot be toggled and keys are unresponsive, the control panel PCB may need replacement.
