Water leaks from the bottom of the dehumidifier onto the floor

• 3. Clean drain channel: Access the internal drain tray and channel above the bucket. Remove debris, mold, or scale that may cause overflow.
• 4. Inspect drain hose (if used): Verify the hose is firmly attached and not cracked. Replace the drain hose if brittle or leaking.
• 5. Test for leaks: Pour a small amount of water into the evaporator drain tray and observe the flow into the bucket or hose.
