Safety: Unplug before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- 1. Dry the panel: If the unit is in a very humid area, condensation may affect the touch panel. Allow it to dry in a warm, dry room.
- 2. Reseat connectors: Remove the bezel and reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and PCB.
- 3. Inspect for damage: Look for cracks or corrosion on the keypad PCB.
- 4. Replace keypad/control PCB: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the Beko control panel PCB or keypad assembly.
