Continuous drain hose connected but water still fills the bucket

Steps:

• Verify hose connection: Remove the bucket and confirm the hose is firmly attached to the continuous drain outlet on the back or side of the unit.
• Check hose routing: The hose must slope downward from the unit to the drain with no upward loops. Re-route if necessary.
• Clear drain port: Remove the hose and use a small brush or pipe cleaner to clear any blockage in the drain outlet.
• Use proper hose: Use the recommended diameter hose (often standard garden hose or 1/2" ID vinyl) as specified in the Black+Decker manual.
