Black+Decker Normal Water Transfer Noise / Air in System

Humidifier makes gurgling or bubbling noises

Possible Causes

Air bubbles moving through water channels, Tank just refilled, Slight restriction at tank cap vent

Note: Some gurgling is normal as water flows from the tank to the base.

Steps if noise is excessive:

Check tank cap vent: Ensure the vent hole in the tank cap is not blocked. Clean with a pin if necessary.
Re-seat tank: Make sure the tank is properly aligned so water flows smoothly.
Use a level surface: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface to reduce resonance.
