Water Tank or Base Leakage
Humidifier leaks water onto the table or floor

Possible Causes
Cracked water tank, Damaged or missing tank cap gasket, Misaligned tank valve, Overfilling or tilting the unit, Cracked base reservoir or seal around transducer module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit immediately if water is leaking near electrical parts. Dry the area before further inspection.
Steps:
- Remove and inspect the tank: Look for visible cracks, especially around the handle and bottom. Fill the tank over a sink and check for drips.
- Check tank cap and gasket: Inspect the rubber gasket on the cap for deformation, cracks, or missing sections. Replace the tank cap gasket if damaged.
- Inspect tank valve: Ensure the spring-loaded valve closes properly when the tank is removed and opens when installed. Clean any debris.
- Check base reservoir: With the tank removed and base dried, pour a small amount of water into the base and watch for leaks around the transducer module or seams. If water seeps out, the base or seal is compromised.
- Replace damaged parts: Replace the water tank if cracked, or the transducer module seal / base reservoir if the leak originates there.
- Level placement: Ensure the humidifier is placed on a flat, level surface and not overfilled beyond the indicated maximum.
