Possible Causes
Scaled ultrasonic transducer, Clogged mist outlet, Low water level, Failed ultrasonic driver circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the Camry humidifier before cleaning. Do not immerse electrical parts in water.
Steps:
- 1. Check water level: Ensure the tank is full and properly seated.
- 2. Descale transducer: Remove the tank and expose the ultrasonic transducer. Soak the transducer area with white vinegar for 10–15 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly.
- 3. Clean mist outlet: Inspect the mist outlet and channels for dust or mineral buildup. Clean with a cotton swab and mild detergent.
- 4. Test output: Reassemble, refill, and run the unit. If there is still no mist and you hear no high-frequency buzzing from the transducer, the ultrasonic driver PCB or module may be faulty.
- 5. Replace module: Install a new Camry ultrasonic humidifier module if required.
Tip: Use distilled or low-mineral water to reduce scale buildup and extend transducer life.
