• Check bucket: Remove the bucket and inspect for cracks or overfilling. Replace the water collection bucket if damaged.
• Clean drain channel: With the bucket removed, locate the drain outlet from the evaporator tray. Use a flexible brush or pipe cleaner to clear any slime or debris.
• Inspect continuous drain setup: Ensure the hose is firmly attached to the drain spout, slopes downward, and is not submerged in standing water. Tighten hose clamps if fitted.
• Check cabinet seals: Verify that the bucket is fully seated so that water from the tray flows directly into it, not around it.
