Possible Causes

Room temperature below operating range, Faulty low-temperature sensor, Sensor not properly attached to coil, Control board misreading sensor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the unit before inspection.

  • Check room temperature: Ensure the space is warmer than the minimum operating temperature (usually 41°F / 5°C). Move the unit to a warmer room if necessary.
  • Inspect coil sensor: Verify the evaporator temperature sensor is firmly clipped to the coil and wiring is intact.
  • Replace sensor: If the sensor reads out of range at room temperature, replace it with an OEM Comfee part.
  • Control board: If H2 remains with correct room temperature and a new sensor, the main PCB may be defective.
