How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug before cleaning.

Descale transducer: Soak the base area around the ultrasonic transducer with a vinegar solution and gently scrub.
Replace wick: Install a new OEM Comfee wick filter if the old one is stiff or discolored.
Clean air path: Clean the air inlet and outlet grilles and ensure the internal fan is free of dust.
