How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before opening any covers. Network troubleshooting can be done with the unit assembled.

- Unplug the humidifier for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
- Perform a factory reset according to the Crane user manual (often holding the Wi‑Fi or power button for several seconds).
- 2. Check network environment:
- Ensure your router is broadcasting 2.4 GHz (many smart humidifiers do not support 5 GHz only).
- Move the unit closer to the router and remove obvious sources of interference (microwaves, thick walls).
- 3. Inspect Wi‑Fi module (advanced):
- Open the housing and locate the Wi‑Fi module or PCB section with the antenna.
- Check that the antenna wire is firmly attached and not broken.
