• Continuous drain setup: If using a hose, ensure it is firmly attached, slopes downward continuously, and is not kinked or blocked.
• Pump models: For Devola units with a built-in pump, access the pump tray and clean any sludge or scale. Check that the pump outlet hose is not blocked.
