Devola humidifier leaks water from around the base or onto the table/floor.

Safety: Unplug the humidifier and remove it from any electrical items.

• Inspect tank: Remove and fill the tank at a sink. Check for leaks around seams and the cap. Replace the tank if cracked.
• Check cap and gasket: Ensure the tank cap is tightened properly and the rubber gasket is not twisted, cracked, or missing. Replace the gasket if worn.
• Base inspection: Dry the base and look for cracks or damaged seals where the tank seats. Replace the base assembly if leaking.
• Do not overfill: Fill only to the indicated maximum level.
