Possible Causes
Stuck keypad button, moisture ingress into control panel, damaged touch membrane, faulty display PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect from mains before opening the control panel.
F0 often points to a keypad or control panel error.
- Dry the panel: If the unit has been used in very high humidity or near water sources, moisture may have entered the keypad. Unplug the unit and allow it to dry in a warm, dry room for 24 hours.
- Check for stuck buttons: Press each button on the control panel several times. If any button feels stuck or does not click, the keypad membrane may be damaged.
- Inspect the display PCB: Remove the top/front cover to access the display PCB. Look for corrosion, especially around the button contacts.
- Clean contacts (if accessible): If the keypad uses mechanical switches, you can gently clean around them with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Do not flood the board.
- Replace display/control PCB: If F0 persists and buttons are unresponsive, replace the entire display PCB or keypad assembly with the correct Devola part.
