How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the dehumidifier before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- Remove the front/top bezel to access the control panel PCB and keypad.
- Inspect for signs of moisture or corrosion. Dry and clean with isopropyl alcohol if minor.
- Reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad/display and main PCB.
- If specific buttons never respond, the membrane keypad is likely worn. Replace the control panel assembly or keypad overlay as supplied by Dimplex.
