Humidifier leaks water onto the floor from the base or around the bottle.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove it from any electrical devices or carpets. Mop up spilled water immediately.

• Inspect the bottle: Remove the water bottle and check for cracks, especially around seams and handle. Replace the bottle if any cracks are found.
• Check cap and gasket: Examine the bottle cap and rubber gasket for wear, deformation, or debris. Replace the cap/gasket assembly if it does not seal tightly.
• Verify seating: When reinstalling the bottle, ensure it is centered and fully seated on the valve post. You should see air bubbles as water flows into the base.
• Inspect reservoir base: Look for hairline cracks or leaks around molded seams and any drain plugs. Replace the base or gasket if leaking.
• Level the unit: Make sure the humidifier is on a flat, level surface to prevent overflow on one side.
