Steps:

Check manual: Confirm whether your specific model is supposed to retain settings after power loss.
Stabilize power: Plug the unit directly into a wall outlet, avoiding extension cords or power strips that may cause voltage drops.
Control board replacement: If the model should retain settings and now does not, the memory section of the control board has likely failed. Replace the main control board.
