Steps to address CF:

• Turn off and unplug: For safety, disconnect power.
• Remove and clean filter: Slide out the air filter from the back or side. Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to dry completely.
• Clean grilles: Vacuum dust from intake and exhaust grilles.
• Reset indicator: On most GE models, press and hold the Filter or Reset button for 3–5 seconds until CF clears.
