• Verify drain hose installation: If using a continuous drain, ensure the hose is firmly attached, slopes downward, and is not kinked. Avoid routing the hose upward.
• Defrost if iced: If the unit has been operating in a cold room, ice may block the drain. Turn off and allow to thaw completely before restarting.
