Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Failed power supply section of control board, Faulty power cord, Tripped GFCI outlet or breaker
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the outlet is not live before touching plug prongs. Unplug the unit before opening any panels.
- Check outlet: Plug a lamp or other device into the same outlet to verify power. Reset any tripped breaker or GFCI.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or kinks. If damaged, replace the cord set.
- Try another outlet: Move the unit to a known-good outlet on a different circuit.
- Internal fuse: If comfortable, remove the control panel and locate the small fuse on the main PCB. If blown, replace with the same type and rating. If it blows again immediately, a deeper fault exists.
- Board replacement: If the fuse is good but there is still no power, the main control board's power supply is likely failed and should be replaced.
