Possible Causes

Any of the NTC sensors out of range, Loose sensor harness connector, Damaged wiring between sensors and PCB, Main PCB sensor input failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before opening any panels.

  • Power reset: Unplug for 10–15 minutes and restart. If F0 returns, proceed.
  • Inspect all sensors: Locate the ambient temperature sensor, evaporator sensor, and humidity sensor. Ensure each is properly mounted and connected.
  • Check harness connections: On the main PCB, reseat all small sensor connectors. Look for bent pins or corrosion.
  • Visual wiring check: Follow sensor wires for any signs of pinching, cuts, or rodent damage.
  • Replace suspect sensor: If one sensor appears damaged or tests open/short, replace it with the correct Hisense part.
  • Control board replacement: If all sensors and wiring are good but F0 persists, the main control board is likely faulty and should be replaced.
