Continuous Drain Failure
Dehumidifier continuous drain feature does not work; water still fills the bucket instead of draining through the hose.

Possible Causes
Drain hose not seated properly on outlet, Hose routed uphill or kinked, Internal drain port blocked, Incorrect hose size or type
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and empty the bucket before working on the drain.
Steps:
- Verify hose connection: Remove and firmly reconnect the drain hose to the continuous drain outlet, ensuring a tight fit.
- Check hose routing: Ensure the hose runs downward from the unit to the drain with no upward loops or kinks.
- Clear drain port: Use a small brush or pipe cleaner to clear any debris from the internal drain outlet.
- Test flow: Pour a small amount of water into the drain tray (if accessible) and confirm it exits through the hose.
Note: Use a smooth‑bore hose of the recommended diameter; corrugated hoses can trap debris and reduce flow.
