Dehumidifier display and lights work, but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

• Dry panel: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, allow it to dry for several hours in a warm, dry environment.
• Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and main board.
• Check for corrosion: Look for signs of moisture damage on the keypad PCB; clean lightly with contact cleaner if minor.
• Replace keypad board: If specific buttons never work or the panel is physically damaged, replace the user interface board.

Tip: Avoid pressing buttons with sharp objects, which can damage the membrane switches.
