How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

Steps:

Dry the panel: If the panel was recently exposed to cleaning sprays or condensation, allow it to dry for several hours in a warm, dry room.
Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the front control panel and check the flat ribbon cable between the keypad and main board. Reseat both ends and ensure there are no kinks or cracks.
Check for corrosion: Look for green/white corrosion on connectors; clean gently with contact cleaner and a soft brush.
Replace interface board: If E0 persists and buttons are unresponsive, replace the user interface/control panel board.
Main board check: If a new interface board does not resolve the issue, the main control board may also need replacement.

Tip: Avoid spraying cleaners directly on the control panel; spray onto a cloth first to prevent future moisture damage.

Dehumidifier shows E0 and does not respond to button presses or will not start.
